Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline with CA Partly Qualified/CA - CC
∎ A degree/ advanced degree with emphasis in accounting finance or related fields inclusive of law are highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the work of client services as member of team and actively participate and contribute to attain the goal of the team.
∎ Proficient in drafting of Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Company and Registration thereof Preparation of share transfer documents, AGM & EGM related all works/ others works relating to Registrar, Joint Stock Companies and Firms.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant must have capabilities to - Properly handling of companies/organizational taxes, vat & RJSC matters, Dealing with individual taxes, Preparation of company's/ organizational accounts.
∎ Tax consultation/ other consultation experiences in the field of business/industry/other fields.
∎ Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
∎ Excellent managerial, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
