∎ *অফিসের আসবাবপত্র এবং রেকর্ডসমূহের সুন্দরভাবে বিন্যাস সাধন করা এবং পরিস্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা।
∎ *নিয়ম কানুন পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে মেনে চলা।
∎ *সকল কাজ নিজের মনে করে করা, দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
∎ *পাবলিকদের সাথে ভদ্রতা বজায় রেখে ভালো ব্যবহার করা।
∎ *বিনা অনুমতিতে কোন সময় অফিস ত্যাগ না করা।
∎ *মাইক্রোসফট অফিস, অ্যাডোবি ফটোশপ, অ্যাডোবি ইলাস্ট্রেটর জানা থাকতে হবে
