∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge of setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on computer hardware (Laptop & Desktop), Software, All Kinds of Barcode Printers, (Zebra & Data card) ID Card Printer and Other IT assets.
∎ Ability to Provide IT support to end user as per their requirements.
∎ Knowledge of various operating systems.
∎ Knowledge of active directory.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot server, storage, computer and network connectivity problems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Regular visit clients for solving their problems
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Well disciplined and well mannered
∎ Willing to travel both local and abroad
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and out of usual office hours if required
∎ Experience in trouble shooting & support laptop, printer/barcode printer, server, projector will be added advantage.
