∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct lighter vessel survey of Raw materials with joint surveyor / independently, and prepare survey reports to submit the Head of Logistics and Head of the Industry / COO.
∎ Prepared daily logistics reports (RM stock, received, consumption, floating, pipeline, vessel movement status), and submit to Head of logistics and head of the factory / COO.
∎ Communicating, supervising & monitoring for loading & unloading works at CTG port & plant end with concern people.
∎ Coordinate with supplier, third part surveyor & transporter regarding recovery shortfall & plan wise raw material supply.
∎ Coordinate to allotment of raw materials as per stock requirements based on production planning, as & when required.
∎ End of the month conduct physical inventory of raw materials, and coordinate internal & external audit team at the time of inventory.
∎ Raw material handling & monitoring dropped point in warehouse & try to decrease of wastage, as & when required.
∎ Liaison with other similar factories about raw materials loan transaction & keep records concerning with factory store.
∎ Maintained serial of all kinds of lighter’s and receive all raw material Chelan, boat note & keep record concerning with factory store.
∎ Receive raw materials coordinating with factory store, and responsible for raw materials adjustment against quantity production and balance.
∎ Ensuring properly sweeping of the cargo / lighter vessel at the end of unloading of lighter at factory site before issuance of release order to the lighter master.
∎ Keeping record of demurrage, dispatch of the lighters time to time, and report the same to the concern management body.
∎ Maintain communication with corporate logistics department regarding upcoming ship laden with raw materials & their quantity.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager time to time.
∎ Responsible for Survey of Raw materials (Clinker, Gypsum, Slag, Fly-Ash & Lime stone) with joint surveyor / independently (following management guidelines) with the highest accuracy:
∎ COMMON-OPERATIONS:
