Job Context:
∎ The supply manager will implement and supervise all purchase operations at base level.
∎ He/she will organize purchasing for programs, in keeping with Solidarités International procedures in emergency context.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement Management
∎ Carry out a purchase environment analysis at the local level
∎ Manage the IOF Follow Up: update, communicate to other departments (program), operational Follow Up.
∎ Manage the Solidarités International procurement procedures and those from donors funding the programs.
∎ Establish and update procurement timelines, taking into consideration procurement tables, operation timelines and contextual and procedural logistical constraints
∎ Receive, approve internal order forms and send requests for quotes
∎ Supervise the preparation of purchasing documents and draft the contracts
∎ Participate in the drafting the call for tenders
∎ Supervise procurement, ensuring that approval rules and procedures are respected
∎ Select suppliers and negotiate prices, deadlines and delivery methods
∎ Ensure that procurement documents are complete and archived in respect of Solidarités International procedures
∎ Manage suppliers relationship and visit them on a regular basis.
∎ Human Resource Management
∎ In link with the administrator, write the job descriptions for the procurement officers
∎ Manage the procurement officers recruitment.
∎ Manage the team
∎ Conduct performance reviews for members of the procurement team
∎ Organize formal team meetings at regular intervals
∎ Reporting/Capitalization
∎ Ensure the compilation of price and supplier lists,
∎ Ensure that procurement operations are monitored and that stakeholders are fully aware of procurement realization
∎ Consolidate procurement part of the logistic pack (IOF FU & Contract FU) monthly and pass on to the logistics coordinator who will compile and share as appropriate
∎ Provide the logistics coordinator with all information needed to draft intermediary and final reports

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years of experience minimum at same level in INGO
∎ Able to manage teams
∎ Good level of English written and spoken
∎ Good command of Office Pack
∎ Committed and hard-worker
∎ Knowledge of local market is an advantage

Salary:
∎ Basic Salary - 79,300 BDT + 25,700 BDT as Other benefits as per ISR of Solidarités International.
