Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ PGD Supply Chain will get preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Supply Chain, Textile, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mapping of the supply chain-key materials, trims, and packaging,
∎ Follow up on smooth transaction of BCI, sustainable material usage through electronic flatforms and ensure correct certifications are available in supply chain.
∎ Ensure and maintain supplier certification for the right certificates on vendor registered suppliers packaging materials., Packaging for all customers, labelling according to local law or customer requirements
∎ Follow up and registration of capacity for all units in the supply chain
∎ Arrange, facilitate Training, Seminars of suppliers related to supply chain activities.
∎ Capacity management; Follow up and maintain -Factory capacity, Bestseller dedicated capacity data across Tier 1 factories.
∎ Onboarding review of tier 1 suppliers according to capacity and business need.
∎ Vendor portal; Ensuring correct onboard training delivered to relevant stake holders
∎ Naturally need to collaborate with many teams in our organization like merchandising, product development, quality and external business partners whenever required.
∎ Coordinate all functions to get potential evaluated suppliers in to preferred supplier status.
∎ Follow up and feedback supplier KPI timely manner.
∎ Maintain supplier record book- supplier evaluation etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and Positive attitude.
∎ 2-3 Years of hands-on experience is appreciable.
Salary: Negotiable
