Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish approaches for negotiations and conduct or coordinate all phases of negotiations with all concerned parties, including the negotiation of disputes arising from contracts.
∎ Prepare a variety of procurement-related documents, correspondences and reports, analyze the existing practices and procedures and contribute to development of institutional procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Manage relationships to success the overall purchasing strategy.
∎ New responsive supplier sourcing, Quotation collection and price negotiation with suppliers.
∎ Prepare Comparative statement and submit to Management
∎ Prepare purchase order to proper vendor
∎ Supervising for timely Material supply at project.
∎ Material quality ensuring by project visit time to time.
∎ Supplier's bill prepares with forward all Fund Requisition.
∎ Ensuring discipline payment to the suppliers.
∎ Monthly purchase and payment statement prepare.
∎ Maintain Supplier's Account and Weekly Market Survey.
∎ Co-ordinate with other Departments and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years' of experience in Supply Chain management in any reputed construction company
