We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Supervisor/Asst. Executive (Operation) for Bashundhara Multi Trading Ltd (BMTL).
∎ The incumbent will be accountable for operational affairs of different types of trading items like Coal, Stone chips etc. and other items according to business strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Business unit operation & ensure logistic support.
∎ Heavy equipment & labor supervision regular basis.
∎ Frequent Business unit visit & problem-solving capability.
∎ Bill checking & report writing skills.
∎ Ensuring the unloading process & proper stock keeping in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery & labor for the proper flow of delivery.
∎ Properly calculate closing stock & settle if any shortage is found.
∎ Comply with operation policies & procedures.
∎ Verification of all expenses regarding agents & staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have minimum two (02) years of experience in similar role.
∎ Exceptional Convincing & Negotiation ability.
∎ Candidates should have to be Smart, dynamic, result-oriented, and self-driven.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Expert in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
