Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Off-set printing/Diploma in Graphics Designer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, estimating, costing of printed related items and checking of bills.
∎ Supervision of printing works and distribution of all kinds of printing works with technical support.
∎ Coordinate and manage workflow throughout multiple agency and production relationships.
∎ Implement special projects as assigned like digital asset management system, central photography studio, soft proofing process and in-house operation exploratory etc.
∎ Ensure to involve in process and supervise prototypes, mock-ups, printer proofs and electronic templates with vendors.
∎ Participate in vendor as well as technology investigations.
∎ Manage concept development, creative procedure and rewards marketing collateral production.
∎ Provide print production quality assurance and review entire work from concept till delivery.
∎ organize, control and monitor the flow of printed materials.
∎ confirm product specifications, arrange adjustments, oversee the work of staff in the department, monitor the quality of the product and ensure deadlines are met.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
∎ Writing fluency in Bangla and English
∎ Clear Understanding on Production material/media (ATL.BTL, TTL)
∎ Strong communication and persuasive skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
