Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management or Housekeeping, Diploma in Hotel Management in housekeeping
∎ Graduation or diploma in housekeeping from any reputed organization/ Diploma in hotel management will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Laundry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Housekeeping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and evaluate all housekeeping activities.
∎ Conduct daily walk-through and quality checks to drive cleanliness.
∎ Arrange supplies and equipment as needed and participates in regular inventories to ensure proper supply levels.
∎ Intervene, assist and keep document any incidents.
∎ Anticipate any type of threats & danger & report to management.
∎ Ensure proper laundry work.
∎ Maintain the integrity of law with the company's safety and security programs.
∎ Ensure adherence to all company policies, practices, procedures and guidelines from management.
∎ Ensure painting & decoration according to senior advice.
∎ Make recommendations and implement necessary changes to meet company objectives and to enhance service.
∎ Work with maintenance team in executing projects related to floor care, deep cleaning and routine maintenance of floor, surroundings of house, roof top grounds.
∎ Coordinate with electric & civil team & support them as directed.
∎ Drive 24 hour effective communication with reporting person.
∎ Serve as problem solver in any situation with related party consultation.
∎ Maintain company secrecy with high professionalism.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
