∎ SSC, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper understanding of construction drawings and implement in the field.
∎ Able to prepare the estimate of all the civil construction work from the drawings. Supervision of construction work and preparation of work schedule.
∎ Perform regular quality check.
∎ Checking field measurements .
∎ Lead, supervise and manage contractor's labors.
∎ Follow the guidance of site Engineer and above.
∎ Ability to work under the pressure.
∎ Coordinate with Consulting Engineer /Architect for smooth execution of the project. Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC. Preparing material consumption statement.
∎ Preparing project progress plans & making regular monitoring of actual progress of the project.
∎ Experience of Project finishing works. Any other job assigned by the reporting Engineer/Manager/Management time to time.
∎ Educational Requirements Minimum SSC or equivalent examination pass. Diploma or any technical degree in civil or construction will be preferred.
∎ Experience Requirements At least 6 years' experience in related field. 4 years' experience for technical persons or Diploma engineers.
