Job Responsibilities:
∎ Close supervision of construction works & site control in all respects.
∎ Capability of full understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Ensure work done of site as per design & drawing.
∎ Prepare and implement of project/site schedule as per target set by the management.
∎ Estimate of works quantities from drawings.
∎ Able to prepare of work plan.
∎ Monitor works assignment of company personnel and contractors.
∎ Coordinate between Site, Project Director and Head Office for smooth execution of project works.
∎ Bill check & arranging to send all contractor's bills to Head office by actual measurement of project.
∎ Monitor and control of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ Ensure safety, security and cleanness of the site.
∎ Prepare & check regular work progress report.
∎ Overall take care of site administration and documentation.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient with MS Office applications like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Auto CAD etc.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be dynamic, Strategic thinking and capable to work under pressure
