∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School or Training Institute.
∎ Candidates with experience in Cambridge International (CAIE) and Edexcel O/A Level curriculam will be prioritized.
∎ Experience in classroom management, student counseling, and effective lesson delivery.
∎ Must be proficient in using Google Classroom and other educational technologies.
∎ Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or standard accent.
∎ Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital teaching tools.
∎ Ability to create structured lesson plans and deliver interactive sessions.
∎ Adaptability, patience, and passion for teaching young learners.
∎ Knowledge of modern pedagogical techniques and ability to use technology in education.
∎ Must have a strong command of English and experience in an English Medium School.
∎ Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.
∎ Should be proactive, dedicated, and enthusiastic about student learning.
∎ Must be well-organized and committed to maintaining high teaching standards.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with Edexcel & Cambridge syllabus.
∎ Utilize innovative teaching techniques to enhance student understanding.
∎ Ensure lessons meet assessment objectives and learning outcomes.
∎ Conduct formative and summative assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock Exam.
∎ Provide timely feedback and support to students for continuous improvement. o Maintain academic records and track student progress throughout the academic year.
∎ Maintain a structured, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment.
∎ Foster student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
∎ Handle behavioral issues professionally in line with school policies.
∎ Integrate digital tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, MS Teams, and Kahoot.
∎ Encourage students to use online research tools for extended learning.
∎ Offer one-on-one or group tutorials to struggling students.
∎ Assist students with academic projects, coursework, and research assignments.
∎ Encourage participation in competitions, Olympiads, and science fairs.
∎ Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress.
∎ Provide O/A Level career counseling and guidance for university admissions.
∎ Assist in exam invigilation and compliance with CAIE & Edexcel regulations.
∎ Maintain detailed records of attendance, student performance, and behavior.
