∎ Position: Subject Teacher
∎ (English, Bangla, Math, Science,Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Arabic language & Islamic studies etc.)
∎ Nature of Job: Full Time
∎ Reporting to: Coordinator/Head of Department/Section Head/Vice Principal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and deliver lessons to students in the assigned subject area.
∎ Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
∎ Assess student learning through various forms of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
∎ Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their work to support their academic growth.
∎ Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
∎ Manage classroom behavior and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
∎ Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and instructional strategies.
∎ 8. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and concerns.
∎ Utilize educational technology and online resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices in the subject area.
∎ Participate in professional development activities and workshops to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
∎ Provide additional support or remediation to students who require extra assistance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, preferably in an English Medium Islamic School.
∎ Candidates with professional teaching qualification (i.e. B.Ed/ Cambridge Celta/ Cambridge Delta/ Cambridge CDiTL/CCiTL/ TKT/iPLS CPD Courses/Cambridge certificate courses/ British Council certificate courses) will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in the subject area being taught.
∎ Experience in teaching at the relevant grade level or subject area.
∎ Knowledge of curriculum standards and educational best practices.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
∎ Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
