∎ B.Sc./ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed institution

∎ At least 2 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paper

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Responsible for ensure Procurement of Mechanical items/ materials (Mechanical Spare parts, Bearings, Belts, Tools, Oil, Lubricant, Hardware & Compressor) from Local/Foreign markets.
∎ Reviewing & monitoring of internal control system of Mechanical Items procurement and recommending improvements of the internal control system.
∎ Verify the receiving copy of PR from the concerned department, quotation collection from Vendor, CS preparing, vendor selection, Management approval, and creating purchase order.
∎ Examining financial transactions and specific inquiries of mechanical items including details testing of transactions balance & procedures.
∎ Assist in sourcing suppliers, conduct negotiation, arrange to purchase quality materials of the said items at a competitive price and follow up purchase orders from time to time
∎ Create, develop and manage new vendor relationships
∎ Coordinate with concerned department for ensuring smooth delivery of procured items and coordinate to reach the selected locations
∎ Prepare & execute procurement plan for uninterrupted availability of the said items
∎ Process bills of the suppliers against the purchased order
∎ Confirm vendors' payable balance from time to time
∎ Monitor stock & maintain purchase records through software (SAP) and produce reports from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have experience in mechanical items procurement
∎ Supply market analysis & negotiation skills
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Fluent in written & spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office.
