Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sub Asst. Engineer-Production under CCR Operations is responsible for the operations of different plant (mill) sections from the Central Control Room (CCR) with optimum efficiency keeping in co-ordination with operators’ production, production fieldworkers, technicians and laboratory staffs:
∎ COMMON-OPERATIONS:·
∎ Takeover CCR shift operations from immediate CCR shift performer (Sub Asst. Engineer) properly.
∎ · Operate plant operations accordingly and optimizing the process parameters as defined / advised.
∎ · Maintain co-ordination with field people from CCR for smooth operation of the plant.
∎ · Recording of process parameters and plant log book for the respective section.
∎ · Ensure inspection of specific parameters on regular basis.
∎ · Keep good co-ordination with the laboratory people for the feedback quality.
∎ · Keep good communication with all and inform the abnormalities to the concerned.
∎ · To act effectively during emergency situations like: fire / accidents.
∎ Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting superior as & when required.
