∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the product quality by ensuring the plant and machineries up keeps & maintenance.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of equipment very carefully for trouble free operation.
∎ Ensuring safety of manpower & machines.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage of raw materials as well as cement.
∎ Interfacing with the different departments and sections from time to time for smooth and trouble free operation.
∎ Work description should be keep record in shift register.
∎ When any machine stopped due to any abnormal condition, instant find out that fault and take necessary action.
∎ To ensure/by for Zero breakdown of plant & machines.
∎ To achieve MTTR & MTBF.
∎ To ensure spares and machines parts to reduce breakdown/cost effective.
∎ Oversee Product Blueprint Design
∎ Ensure Projects get Completed on Time and Budget
∎ Coordinate with product development, scheduling and resolve engineering design and test issues.

∎ Age 28 to 38 years
