Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, power plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation & Commissioning
∎ Construction work super vision, Performing quality control tasks, schedules, plans, and reporting on the project's status.
∎ Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
∎ Maintenance, trouble shooting of power plants.
∎ Ensure proper schedule maintenance and plant machinery carried out in time.
∎ Maintain proper documentation process for machinery maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ On hand solar power plant experience will get preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities
∎ Excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
∎ Strong analytical skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong communication skills in verbal and written in English & Bengali and Report Writing.
∎ Hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Handy in MS Office application, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
