∎ Clifton Group of Companies invites application from competent, innovative & potential candidates for the following position for an immediate appointment in Clifton Group, Chattogram.
∎ Job location: Baizid , Chattogram
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to provide support to the project management for tracking project progress, monitoring & controlling and timely completion.
∎ Checking drawings, calculations, technical descriptions, specifications and civil engineering works.
∎ Preperation of work schedule.
∎ Measuring the actual quantity of civil works completed by the suppliers/vendors and determining the actual works completed.
∎ Responsible for preparing and checking of bill and vouchers of various projects.
∎ Check the quality of works completed on a regular basis to ensure that it meets various standards.
∎ Need to work for Nirapon 2.0 & RSC audit and 90 days monitoring report for structural safety issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Should have Positive attitude & devoted to hard work
∎ Dynamic, Proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
∎ Working experience in RMG sector get priority.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour.
∎ Ability to take decision based on fact and situation.
