∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and Prepare Production Planning & Execution Procedure. Engineering specifications, process flows, incoming and in process quality processes flow procedure and improvement plan and other information to understand methods that are applied and activities that take place in manufacturing system.
∎ Work on productivity and system efficiency improvement by ensuring maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, methods, money, time and information.
∎ Do daily operational review, process analysis and execute improvement activities and Coordinate with Supply Chain, store, distribution for smooth product flow and customer.
∎ Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations
∎ Develops management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage & salary administration and job evaluation.
∎ Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment
∎ Develops management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient.
∎ Designs control systems to coordinate activities and production planning in order to ensure that products meet quality standards.
∎ Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
∎ Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
∎ Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Ensure Quality policy, Environment policy & Manual, Health and safety policy & Manual, Environment aspect and impact analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ At least 04 years' practical experience as a manager at factory level (into Automobiles industries).
∎ Practical experience in relevant post in a reputed manufacturing organization (Automobiles industries will be given preference.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good Computer Skill.
