Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in E-GP & Manual Tender, Preparation of Tender Documents, Tender Schedule, BOQ, Technical Specifications & others official Tender related works etc.
∎ Handle customers with effective communication skills.
∎ Needs to have product knowledge.
∎ Assess customers need, provide assistance and information on product features. Address customer suggestions and complaints on time.
∎ Through excellent sales service ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Needs to maintain presentable and attractive merchandising.
∎ Prepare summary report (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) & report to manager for store market/customer with data.
∎ Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers. Also forward the complaint to the concerned department.
∎ Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers.
∎ Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ Regularly analyze and review customer service records and statistics to compile comprehensive reports for the management.
∎ Should be respectful with the seniors and kind and empathetic to the juniors.
∎ Follow day to day office activity and Report to Executive Director.
∎ Provide logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department of company.
∎ Resolve and prevent high risk audit issues
∎ Ensure transportation management (Scheduling, tracking, maintenance & documentation) and submit report to the management on monthly basis
∎ Monitor overall organizing, and arrangement for Management Coordination meeting & conference, and ensure follow up
∎ Ensure protocol related works for High Official Visit/CEO, MD & Chairman as & when necessary
∎ Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
∎ Handling legal affairs like contract deed making, and any other legal issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
