Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in B.Sc in Automobile or Mechanical or Electrical Power Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auto CAD Designing, Business Development, Computer skill, Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall production operation.
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaison with the management and giving necessary directives to the production manager regarding the production plan.
∎ Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
∎ Coordination with Production and QA departments for ensuring product performance and quality as per set targets and standards.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
∎ Optimally make sure that manufacturing units improve on the standard efficiencies in terms of Machine efficiencies, material yields, labor and overhead costs versus budget.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine and material to capitulate higher productivity.
∎ Prepare manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Responsible for ensuring process operation within permissible limits, cost control, and efficiency improvement.
∎ Reviewing production schedules and making adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met
∎ Coordinating between different departments such as production, Maintenance, quality, accounts, store, etc. for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ Supervising department heads in scheduling the actions according to priority and as per company requirements.
∎ Practice conflict resolution among Departments and Employees.
∎ Ensure the following of Labor Laws, industrial safety, social compliance, and human rights standards in the factory.
∎ Communicate with top management directly when need any issues arise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 06 years' practical experience as a manager at factory level (into Automobiles industries).
∎ Practical experience in relevant post in a reputed manufacturing organization (Automobiles industries will be given preference.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good Computer Skill.
