Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any public University or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Daily various reports and Preventive maintenance of Machine SOP, Report, Checklist, calendar, Spare parts and Machine Breakdown register with proper root cause analysis.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending and training educational workshops and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all mechanical including Generator, Boiler, Compressor, different types of pump etc.
∎ Prepare Mechanical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information as per trends.
∎ Work on Productivity and system efficiency improvement by ensuring maximum utilization of manpower, machine, materials, methods, time and information.
∎ To knowledge NDT like Radiographic test, Dry penetration test and Ultra sonic test for SS material, Carbon steel material and Incoloy 800HT. Prepare for NDT (Butt & Fillet) joint, Material Test and defect find out and taken action.
∎ Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment's are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP's.
∎ Discuss, observing existing strategies and techniques and coordinate manufacturing, installation, fault finding, investigation, repair & Modification and testing activates to ensure compliance with specifications, safety codes, firefighting, health & safety equipment's for improvement and submitting to all forms of Evaluation during the Erection and Commissioning period.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age at most 30 years

∎ Good communication and observation skill.
∎ Fluent and moderate free hand writing in English.
∎ Soft skill- Industries, Positive attitude, Self- starter, willingness to learn, Active listener and analytical and critical thinking skill.
