∎ Diploma in Civil from a reputed institute (having B.Sc. will be an added advantage)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Construction Estimating
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Function-Based:-
∎ Responsible to check BOQ according to the drawings and report to the supervisor accordingly
∎ Estimate the required construction materials as per the BOQ
∎ Assist in bill checking submitted by contractors and suppliers according to the practical work done to align with work orders
∎ Generate purchase requisition of materials and store requisition for consumptions
∎ Preparation of BOQ for temporary site works
∎ Reconciliation of materials supplied to contractors
∎ Coordination Based:-
∎ Coordinate with the surveyors, site civil representatives, consultant’s representative, electrical and mechanical site representatives to ensure proper deliverables
∎ Coordinate with supply chain department for ensuring delivery of construction materials in a timely manner
∎ Coordinate with inventory and store department for assessing the available materials and quality checking functions
∎ Coordinate with administration department for all kinds of admin support related to field survey works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Estimation of materials and BOQ preparation following the design and drawings
∎ Material consumption and reconciliation
∎ Knowledge in concrete structures
∎ Drawing, Design of the project
∎ Knowledge of MS Office Excel, Autocad 2D, MS Project
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
