Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil/Architecture from any reputed polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making/preparing structural/architectural/electrical/plumbing drawings using Auto CAD (2D/3D).
∎ Preparing approval sheet drawing for various organization.
∎ Taking measurement to create as build drawing of already constructed buildings.
∎ Editing/making correction of drawing as per site condition visit.
∎ Creating 3D model of different type of structures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-5 year(s) experience in a CAD Operator role.
∎ Good problem-solving skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Able to work alone & as part of a team.
∎ Able to work hard & take stress.

Salary:
∎ 15,000 Tk. For more experienced person salary can be negotiable.
