Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering Degree from any recognized institution with minimum 02 first divisions.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing project which includes site supervision, planning, coordinating, evaluating, controlling, finishing & Handover of the project.
∎ Layout Taking & drafting.
∎ Estimate the required materials & prepare requisition.
∎ Prepare working schedule & implementation.
∎ Taking updates on everyday working progress.
∎ Project completion according to design.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 04 year(s) in Building construction.
∎ Clear idea about Architectural drawings.
∎ Good command over working experience in Auto CAD 2D.
∎ Able to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates.

Salary:
∎ As per 9th grade of TMSS Pay Scale gross salary is 20,580/- in provision period 15,750/- Or Negotiable.
