Educational Requirements:
∎ The ideal candidate must be a Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3DS MAX, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed architectural drawings for all types of projects such as educational, residential, recreational, commercial, religious, landscape hospital, etc.
∎ Prepare complete architectural working drawings based on building specifications of both exterior and interior projects.
∎ Create architectural visualization, in the form of photo-realistic still rendering of exterior and interior, animations.
∎ Must have Strong aesthetic sense and detail-oriented Good graphics sense
∎ Must have working experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch-up, Illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
∎ Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Work closely with a team of other professionals such as civil engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, & construction process.
∎ Knowledge about BNBC and city corporation rules.

∎ Age at most 35 years
