Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering degree from any reputed University with a strong academic background.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring construction progress as per drawing of project.
∎ Prepare detail estimates of a housing project/building construction project.
∎ Ensure that all technical inputs and cost estimates related to the construction components are accurate, timely provided and included in the project proposals and budgets.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Professional training in relevant areas of community housing or building design and supervision.
∎ Experience in developing construction materials.
∎ Working experience in the area of preparation, implementation and monitoring of technical/ re-construction projects, methodological and calculation skills.

Salary:
∎ As per 7th grade of TMSS Pay Scale gross salary is 37,290/- in provision period 29,700/- Or Negotiable.
