Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering degree from any reputed University with a strong academic background. Post-graduation degree in relevant subject will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare detailed structural drawings for all types of project such as educational, residential, recreational, commercial, religious, landscape hospital etc.
∎ Prepare complete architectural working drawing based on building specifications of both exterior and interior projects.
∎ Must have Strong aesthetic sense and detail-oriented Good graphics sense
∎ Must have working experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, Analysis/Design Software(ETABS)/STAAD Pro), 3ds Max, Sketch up, Illustrator, Photoshop.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern structural design.
∎ Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
∎ Work closely with a team of other professionals such as civil engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, & construction process.
∎ Knowledge about BNBC and city corporation rules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 year(s) experience in relevant field.

Salary:
∎ As per 7th grade of TMSS Pay Scale gross salary is 37,290/- in provision period 29,700/- Or Negotiable.
