Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on Operation & Maintenance works, Production & Unloading equipment's.
∎ Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety and reliability.
∎ Practical experience of scaffolding system, materials lifting by chain pulley & Mobile crane, handling hydraulic jack, sealing wire rope, D-shackle etc.
∎ Manage the department workforce to ensure best efficiency and highest productivity.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of E-Crane, PFA, and Utility equipment as per maintenance schedule.
∎ Making production report / Raw materials unloading report as well as Specific Power Consumption report per ton of cement grinding/Unloading.
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all Mechanical & Electrical unloading equipment’s (Belt Conveyor, Dust collector, Bucket Elevator) including Skid Steer Loader, Payloader, Compressor, Vacuum pump, Hydraulic system of E-Crane & Flyash unloading system.
∎ Forwarding, Cargo movements, Receipt and Dispatch operations, Offshore operation, Health and Safety, Warehousing, Port Operations, Materials Management, Yard Operations, Multi Site Operation.

∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
