Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the related document in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 format.
∎ Responsible for ensuring better & smooth operation of all the equipment’s related to VRM including Slag Shed to Cement Silo Top by keeping in touch with the proper maintenance.
∎ Bearing key responsibilities i.e. ensuring an adequate solutions for solving any kinds of mechanical problems/misbehaviors of the equipment’s of VRM when arisen.
∎ Carrying responsibilities for any issues in his shift including production related issues.
∎ Responsible for managing the overall employees under a shift and also solving any kinds HR related issues of them like HR Today Software, Overtime & others.
∎ Keeping in touch to get better output from the Shift workers.
∎ Preparing an optimum scheduled plan for performing weekly & monthly through maintenance of VRM equipment’s.
∎ Managing manpower/maintenance team in order to achieve our appropriate maintenance related jobs of VRM dept.
∎ Maintain Log Book of various sections and inform to the superior if anything happens to his shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be expertise in operation and maintenance in cement industry.
∎ Troubleshooting experience specially in VRM (Cement Grinding unit)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
Salary: Negotiable
