Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Institution
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Ready Mix Concrete, Troubleshooting problems

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineer, mechanical maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor and follow up with the periodic and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment like Batching plant, Power Generator, Concrete Pump, Boom pump
∎ Look after the cleanliness and periodic maintenance to evaluate equipment working in ideal working conditions
∎ Assign jobs to the technicians in their fields and ensure repairing of existing faults
∎ Ensure Safety stock at the warehouse and place purchase orders of spare parts required for the department
∎ Responsible for continuous improvement of the overall performance of the batch plant through implementing and developing maintenance process
∎ Ensure optimum equipment availability and performance at all times and minimum cost

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of RM and concrete Business & operations
∎ Problem solver that seeks the best solution(s)
∎ Knowledge and command of electronic engines system, advanced hydraulic circuits, electrical systems, and components
∎ Capability to adjust spare parts stock levels
∎ Awareness of maintenance types; preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
∎ Experience in making plans and then action plans for predictive maintenance
∎ Communicates effectively
∎ Knowledge of safety requirements for major turnaround and maintenance activities
∎ Having an excellent level of proficiency in MS Office program & Mechanical Software
