Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure smooth operation & maintenance of the shift.
∎ Observation of all equipment & note down if any problem found in every shift.
∎ Supervising & control of the activities of the subordinate workers.
∎ Cement bag / bulk cement delivery confirming exact weight and keeping the equipment’s condition as well as possible.
∎ Cement bag receiving from store.
∎ Maintaining shift register, history card etc.
∎ Maintenance of equipment which is possible by him during shifting period.
∎ To sanction of short leave to the sub-ordinate employee up to 15 minutes at an instance, in a day.
∎ Ball mill schedule maintenance & supervision.
∎ Ball mill production report recording.
∎ Prepared the maintaining schedule.
∎ Ball mill operation with physical supervisions.
∎ Ball mill workers extra work recording.
∎ Communicating C.C.R engineer & works for smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
