Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective control of VRM Process for desired output maintaining the best quality in a shift.
∎ Operate VRM for different types of Cement production in a shift.
∎ Ensuring cement quality by controlling different parameter from DCS with collaboration with QA Dept. in a shift.
∎ Communicating with mechanical shift engineer and field worker to ensure proper control of process in a shift.
∎ Finding out and diagnosis the proper problem and inform the concern person to mitigate it without any delay in a shift.
∎ Ensuring proper control of VRM Mixing Station in a shift.
∎ Effective control of overall process and try to maintain smooth flow in a shift.
∎ Maintain all the process parameters into the log book in a shift.
∎ Prepare downtime and runtime report in and each month.
∎ Keep concentrate of HGG system to reduce the fuel consumption in a shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be expertise in CCR operation in cement industry.
∎ Troubleshooting experience in Electrical specially in VRM (Cement Grinding unit)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
