Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Student Visa File Submission & Application Process for Malaysia.
∎ Ensuring all necessary documentation of Student Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.
∎ Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.
∎ Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).
∎ Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Only relevant experienced person apply.
∎ Provide clear and accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and timelines for student visa.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related communications.
∎ Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and procedures for Malaysia.
∎ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented Student Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating complex visa requirements and ensure a hassle-free application process. You will provide up-to-date advice on visa policies and procedures, assess eligibility, and support clients through the documentation process.
∎ Office Time: 09:30am to 7:00pm
