Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university such as IBA, NSU, BRAC, IUB, EWU, AIUB, or similar

• Age 20 to 35 years

Qualifications & Skills Required:

•  Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, think creatively, and take initiative
•  Knowledge of the New Zealand & Australian education systems and student visa procedures is a plus
•  Previous experience in education counseling, or student advisory services, is preferred but not mandatory

• Provide accurate and personalized counseling to students interested in studying in New Zealand and Australia
• Guide students through the complete admission and student visa process
• Maintain updated knowledge of New Zealand & Australian education systems, institutions, and immigration policies
• Assist in document preparation and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
• Handle student and parent inquiries professionally across various communication channels
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
