• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Student Visa Counselor or similar role in the education consultancy industry.
• Deep knowledge of visa processes for Australia, USA, Canada, UK, NZ, and Europe.
• Excellent communication in English and Bangla (verbal & written).
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents and application files.
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsible.
• Proficiency in using MS Office, email platforms, and CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of international education systems and visa processes for the mentioned countries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student profiles with attention to detail.
• Preferred:
• Experience with CRM platforms and online application portals.
• Prior exposure to working with education agents or migration consultancies.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passionate about helping students achieve their dreams.
• Confident public speaker — able to represent Lumins at events and seminars.

Student Counselor - Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand & Europe

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Student Counselor to guide students through every step of their overseas education journey. The ideal candidate will provide personalized advice on study destinations, university applications, and visa processes while maintaining strong communication with students, families, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding academic pathways, courses, universities, and career options in Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Assist with university and college applications, including document preparation and submission.
• Provide updated information on admission criteria, application procedures, and visa requirements.
• Support students with SOPs, visa interviews, and pre-departure briefings.
• Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, applications, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration rules and university admission processes.
• Participate in events, webinars, and seminars to promote services and engage prospective students.
