∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student visa counseling for Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.
∎ Experience in education counseling, student consultancy, study abroad programs, student counseling, student recruitment, student admissions, and student visa processing.
∎ Candidates with a foreign degree will be given preference.
∎ Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
∎ IELTS scores are highly preferred.
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with outstanding communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated traits of politeness, patience, honesty, and loyalty to work.
∎ Encouraged to have a long-term commitment to employment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Possess in-depth knowledge of the student visa process for Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
∎ Demonstrate extensive understanding of foreign study procedures for Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
∎ Provide comprehensive counseling to students from the very beginning, helping them understand the study-abroad process and make informed decisions about their education and career goals.
∎ Guide students in choosing the right country, subject, destination, area, university, and scholarships based on their academic background and career aspirations.
∎ Assess students' profiles to ensure their educational qualifications, English proficiency, and other prerequisites align with the admission requirements of their desired universities and countries.
∎ Assist students through the application process, including filling out forms, preparing necessary documents, and submitting applications to universities.
∎ Support students in drafting a Statement of Purpose (SOP) tailored to their profiles and the specific requirements of the university and country.
∎ Prepare students for interviews, including university admission and visa interviews.
∎ Provide guidance on the visa process, including requirements, documentation, and scheduling of visa appointments.
∎ Share extensive knowledge about specific countries, including their culture, lifestyle, geographic areas, and living standards, to help students adapt to their new environment.
∎ Stay informed about the admission policies of competitors, partners, and other universities to provide up-to-date and relevant advice.
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops, informational meetings, and support groups to educate students about study-abroad opportunities.
∎ Maintain and build strong relationships with students and clients, ensuring ongoing support throughout their journey.
∎ Keep accurate records of student interactions, documents, and applications for efficient follow-ups and tracking.
∎ Exhibit a strong customer service mindset with proactive sales and cross-selling strategies to convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
∎ Utilize digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to effectively carry out responsibilities and enhance outreach efforts.
∎ Be active, dynamic, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets and deliver exceptional results.
