Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle incoming calls and forward outgoing calls as needed.
∎ Manage the Facebook page, messages, and reminders for relevant officers.
∎ Receive admission forms, messages, and documents, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate person.
∎ Communicate fluently in English & Bangla.
∎ Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
∎ Display patience and good manners when interacting with clients.
∎ Submit daily work reports.
∎ Commit to working with us for at least 1 year.
