Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Student Counselling Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in student visa counselling for countries such as UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and European Union countries.

  • Expertise: Proven experience in education counselling, student consultancy, study abroad programs, student recruitment, student admissions, and student visa processing.

  • Foreign Education: Candidates holding a foreign degree will be given preference.

  • English Communication: Must be proficient in spoken and written English.

  • IELTS: Candidates with a valid IELTS score are highly preferred.

  • Personality & Skills: Should possess a pleasant personality, outstanding communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

  • Professional Traits: Must demonstrate politeness, patience, honesty, self-motivation, protectiveness, team management, decision-making ability, and loyalty to work.

  • Commitment: Willingness to maintain a long-term commitment to the organization.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Counsel students (over phone and face-to-face) regarding admission, scholarship, eligibility, and visa processes for higher studies abroad.

  • Manage the end-to-end process from admission to visa for countries including Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and others.

  • Handle foreign university applications, admission, scholarships, and visa submissions.

  • Communicate directly with foreign institutions regarding application, admission, and scholarship matters.

  • Consult with students and guardians about the admission procedures of foreign universities and countries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students through both phone and in-person interactions.

  • Prepare documents, fill out forms, and draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa applications.

  • Provide in-depth counselling from the very beginning, guiding students in understanding the study-abroad process and making informed decisions.

  • Advice students on choosing the right country, subject, university, and scholarships based on academic background and career goals.

  • Guide students throughout the application process, including document preparation and form submission.

  • Assist students in drafting tailored SOPs for universities and countries.

  • Prepare students for both university admission and visa interviews.

  • Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and scheduling appointments.

  • Share country-specific knowledge on culture, lifestyle, geography, and living standards to help students adapt.

  • Stay updated on admission policies of competitors, partners, and universities to give accurate advice.

  • Organize workshops, seminars, and information sessions on study-abroad opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, documents, and applications for proper follow-up.

  • Demonstrate a customer service mindset with proactive sales and cross-sales strategies to increase enrollments.

  • Use digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to carry out responsibilities effectively.

  • Be dynamic, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet targets.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team in managing social media pages.

  • Participate in social media live sessions and contribute to video content creation for student engagement.
