Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Office is looking for one energetic, innovative, self-motivated, dedicated, proactive, creative, Student counselor.
∎ Workplace: Work at the office (Purana Paltan, Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Student counseling for admission
∎ Provide A-Z support for student enrollment.
∎ Maintaining good relationships and networking with customers, education providers, and other employees of the company.
∎ Assist students with their SOP writing and requirement explanations.
∎ Maintain regular follow-ups with the students and universities.
∎ Host webinars, seminars, meetings, workshops, and promotional videos and prepare various promotional activities.
∎ Participation in marketing activities.
∎ Creating and updating records of students' information and documents in CRM systems.
∎ Maintain regular communication with various education providers and attend their training regularly.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about clients' information, documents, and business information.
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Good reading & writing skills in English.
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Participation in Marketing activities
∎ Ability to complete the tasks within the time frame.
∎ Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to participate in business development activities.
∎ Ability to write GTE statements and other statements.
∎ Ability to research and get the necessary information for clients.
∎ Facebook/Google post.
∎ Facebook/Google inquiry follow-up.
∎ Must have work experience in immigration and education consulting services.
∎ Work experience must be verifiable.
∎ Must-Have excellent written and communication skills in English.
∎ Must have basic computer skills including MS Word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Having knowledge of Education Institutions Entry Requirements (English, Academic, courses & providers as well as latest regulations) and admission process.
