Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with Career Counseling related work for Chartered University College
∎ Processing counseling related documents and paperwork for disseminating information to prospective; communicate with clients/students and collect their required documents for admission and tracking record
∎ Review and verify if relevant information given by clients being in the right order needed for admission
∎ Maintain records of perspective’s documentation
∎ Update daily processing work activities
∎ Assist team members in getting the processing job done
∎ Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their admission steps
∎ Making a phone call and admission counseling for hitting a monthly target
∎ Communicate with irregular students and keep informed respective personnel
∎ Initiate all admission related works (taking payments, giving ID, part payment adjustment, database update, etc.)
∎ Manage students’ register book and update the accounts department if necessary
∎ Manage the official facebook and monitor them closely
∎ Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
