Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain all phone calls from outside and office (PABX)
∎ Attain all visitors and solve their requirement or inform to the concern person (If require)
∎ Keep record for employee’s attendance and prepare report for that
∎ Maintain employee’s movement register
∎ Maintain office attendants OT record and prepare report for that
∎ Prepare employees daily attendance report and send mail it to the management in regular basis & undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla
∎ Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a team
∎ Sincere, honest & hard working
∎ Analytical ability and problem solving approach
∎ Follow up visitors calls where necessary
∎ Basic computer skills
∎ Candidates having relevant skills will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
