Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory.
∎ Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update the inventory management system as needed.
∎ Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and records.
∎ Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or deterioration.
∎ Assist in the procurement process by reporting inventory needs and shortages.
∎ Manage and organize store layout for easy access and efficient operations.
∎ Provide assistance and support to other team members as needed.
∎ Prepare and maintain reports related to inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding store operations and inventory management.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
∎ 0-3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
∎ Basic knowledge of inventory management software is preferred.
∎ Good organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ The position requires a commitment of 12 hours per day.
