∎ Coordinates with Logistic Assistant, Program Managers and Officers

∎ ROLE PURPOSE: The Store Keeper ensures the receipt, storage, safe-keeping, of goods used by HEKS/EPER or under the responsibility of HEKS/EPER, He/She participate in the drafting and monitoring of all the administrative documents related to stored items

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of storage spaces :
∎ Monitor the storage facilities and infrastructure both from inside and outside: locate damages and propose the necessary repairs.
∎ Supervise cleaning and regular disinfection of storage spaces
∎ Introduce protection against insects and pests inside the storage spaces and apply treatment upon the first sign of infection.
∎ Ensure adequate ventilation of the spaces
∎ Monitor the quality of products at the time of receipt. Put aside non-compliant or infected products and report to the line manager.
∎ Regularly monitor the quality of products during storage.
∎ Establish staff, transport, and equipment forecasts required for loading/unloading, transport to delivery points.
∎ Supervise the team of daily workers charged with storage activities
∎ Draft or complete dispatch and receipt documents in compliance with HEKS/EPER standards
∎ Monitor incoming and outgoing equipment
∎ Maintain updated inventory lists
∎ Participate in monthly stored goods and equipment inventories and reconciliation with what should be in stock
∎ Keep the stock form updated.
∎ Safety and Security:
∎ Share any security information with the AHFO.
∎ Provide timely incident report to the AHFO as needed.
∎ Maintain confidentiality of organizational information and documents strictly and sincerely
∎ General :
∎ Deliver high quality results in line with the terms of reference agreed in advance - to do this in a way which maintains the reputation of the Humanitarian Department.
∎ Comply with HEKS/EPER policies and practice with respect to code of conduct, health and safety, equal opportunities and other relevant policies and procedures.
∎ To perform such other responsibilities as agreed with your line management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience or HSC with 4 years relevant job experience
∎ Working experience in a similar function is must
∎ Professional requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of procurement systems
∎ Basic computer skill
∎ Language: Basic English skills (written, spoken and reading)
∎ Personal requirements :
∎ Willingness to accept frequent travels
∎ Flexibility and Stress-management
∎ Respect of HEKS/EPER mission and values
∎ Able to lift weight of boxes and packages
