Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the requisition of store materials for purchasing.
∎ Maintain the stock entry, and placing of materials in the store.
∎ Maintain the materials of the fridge and cleanliness of the fridge. Also regular check for the technical issues of refrigerator.
∎ Ensure the material’s in & out as per requisition and give input to the software.
∎ Ensure the expiry dates of the stock materials and maintain First-In and First-Out methods.
∎ Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
∎ Prepare a report of the inventor update twice a month.
∎ Maintain the stock entry of the returned products/supplies from rooms.
∎ Ensure the store is free from insects and pests and inform the management about the expired products in the inventory.
∎ Analyze and create proper requisition daily requisition as needed.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
