∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up Purchase orders, Inventory and ensure all in-house activities are done properly.
∎ Follow up and monitor all functions of inventory management.
∎ Ensure best practices and meet quality and compliance standards to achieve key results.
∎ Maintain stock re-order levels for material availability as per the production plan and material requirements.
∎ Ensure inventory accuracy, Housekeeping, Warehouse cleanliness, safety and security.
∎ Supervise all employees of the warehouse and ensure proper management of manpower activities.
∎ Receive local and imported materials and deliver to other units physically.
∎ Maintain accurate stock and supply.
∎ Follow up BIN Card updating and always keep accurate physical inventory and match with Tally Prime software.
∎ Ensure employee’s safety as per compliance.
∎ Conduct a monthly, 100% physical count of inventory.
∎ Maintain effective communication with all suppliers and vendors when delivering the materials.
∎ Responsible for the overall store operations.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
