∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain,Distribution
∎ Skills Required: Proactive, Reporting and analysis., Team player

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Factory storekeeping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the recording of inbound and outbound inventories
∎ Recording of inter-department issuance of inventory
∎ Ensure proper and timely delivery, matching with the sales invoice and preserve the delivery challan and gate pass
∎ Ensure accurate recording of finished goods, received in FG shade
∎ Reconcile with the delivery of production/packaging department output with finished goods receiving the report.
∎ Implementation of BIN card for inventory recording
∎ Reconcile the sales invoice with the VAT challan issued by the VAT department
∎ Ensure timely and proper entry of market return products.
∎ Ensure recording of market return wastages and damages and keep them in a separate location
∎ Ensure recording of in-house damages and wastages from the production floor and keep them in a separate location.
∎ Ensure recording of sample and gift items
∎ Preparing Material Receive Note (MRN)
∎ Preparing requisition of new products
∎ Ensuring the selling of wastages and scrap when required
∎ Reconciliation of wastages, damages, scarp with VAT records
∎ Ensure recording of re-production/ re-work/ re-cycle of on-production wastages and market return wastages
∎ Ensure all recording and physical movements and stacking of products as per safety rules before the month-end inventory counting
∎ Ensure safety and security of warehouse and belonging inventories
∎ Tri-party reconciliations (HO Sales and Distribution, VAT, Wearhouse in-charge) about finished goods delivery and RM/PM purchased
∎ Supervise and participate in Inventory Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories to identify any inaccuracies.
∎ Generate Stock-out Reports and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for each stock-out.
∎ On-time loading and unloading of trucks as per the requirement of the Distribution and Supply Chain
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have factory storekeeping experience
