Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proper records, books and ledger related to material receiving & disbursement.
∎ Having sharp knowledge about every material status and responsible for material management
∎ Need to have knowledge about supply chain management and inventory management.
∎ Need to be expert in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and maintain update in Google one drive.
∎ Must keep record of every transection and have to submit a monthly, yearly and daily report.
∎ To keep records, books related to materials and assets.
∎ Assist in material requisitions.
∎ To receive purchased materials and arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
∎ To issue materials only in required quantities against requisition notes
∎ Assist in transferring of inventory into and out of the company warehouse.
∎ Conducting the actual inventory count.
∎ Maintaining fixed asset records and report to head office.
∎ Coordination for smooth functioning of Accounts Department and Inventory Department.
∎ Provide general administrative and logistics support including mailing, employee attendance and leave records etc.
∎ Maintain office supplies for project.
∎ Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
∎ Manage and train store staff.
∎ Plan promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
∎ Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
∎ Mediate any confrontations between staff and clients, and de-escalate the situation.
∎ Improve the operational systems and policies, develop MIS/ reporting system and have to maintain ERP systems.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Daily Materials Issue Maintain & Keep Record Properly
∎ Purchase Requisition Making and Process to Purchase team
∎ Store Requisition & Issue maintain daily
∎ Monthly Requisition making & Report to H/O
∎ Receiving all materials to inventory From GRN
∎ Monthly Consumption, issue & Receiving report making & Report to concern person
∎ Daily ERP Systems Upgrade (Consumption, Receiving, Inventory Related all items)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have knowledge about supply chain management and inventory management.
∎ Need to be expert in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and maintain update in Google one drive.

Salary: Negotiable
