Educational Requirements:
∎ At Least Bachelor/Honors in any discipline from reputed university.
∎ Candidate having Masters degree will get privilege.
∎ Skills Required: Good command over MS Office Package
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Responsible for finished goods management and inventory.
∎ -Ensure distribution planning and route planning.
∎ -Support sales team like sales & distribution point (SDP), corporate sales and tender related delivery.
∎ -Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis delivery report as per management requirement.
∎ -Maintain and issue all documents; such as receivables and the likes properly.
∎ -Monitor and maintain store ledger in software.
∎ -Issue production order and receive finished goods (FG) from production department.
∎ -Follow-up the customers and receive their feedback or complaint
∎ -Maintain BIN Card with physical stock.
∎ -Maintain all the files, books, ledgers, records and other documents of stores in appropriate way.
∎ -Liaise with operation department, sales & marketing department, QC, VAT and AC department.
∎ -Stock report update for the concern departments and furnishing delivery information
∎ -Maintain Cable Return Form (CRF) and update in systems.
∎ -Create new items codes according to the demand of sales department.
∎ -Maintain FIFO/LIFO, Slow & non-moving and JIT Method.
∎ -Executing all the day-to-day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ -Follow up business KPI's and performance etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having Cables industry background will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management.
∎ Having experience in planning, organizing & implementing
Salary: Negotiable
